It is a sunny winter morning,very peasant  but still there is something that keeps pinching you inside.Attended a social gathering just yesterday night,met many old aquaintences and old memories flooded my mind.How easily people can have variety of garbs wooven around them.Every time you see them they have various strategies being played  and ready to be applied on different people differently.The so called social and successful people high on confidence scalejust looking down upon every thing that comes in their way.

This exhibitionist culture is fast catching up with every one very fast and in return leading to a vaccume inside,with lots of fear and insecurity as though they are standing in a battle field.This regular struggle and coersion is leading to health hazards that precipitate in the form of hypertension,diabtese and heart problems.

Why can’t we be our natural self?Enjoy every moment of life as though this is your only chance to be happy,make the best of it.Believe me happines is infectious and it costs nothing to smile.Moreover it is a good exercise for your facial muscles as well.

A well controlled self will give way to self confidence which will enlighten you and you will be able to take decisions without any stress or pressure. Stress and pressures of any kind,social,self imposed or job related make you heavy and lead to several physiological imbalances.It may be in the form of hypertension,anger,angina,insomnia, indigestion to name a few.

Life is just like driving,you loose your attention for a moment or a wrong  judgement and there is bound to be an accident.So you have to be well in command of your own self.Think before you act and not the other way round.Most of us think only after some thing has happened and then the blame game starts.We blame every one and every thing on the planet for our debacle except our own self and the results: I am not loved ,respected and so on so forth.

Start respecting your own self, let you be your own master and see the change in every thing around you.Your face will reflect the grace of a master,inspiring others by his persona.

दिल को रखो

सदा खुशहाल

 खुशियों से रहेंगे

मालामाल.

मन को सदा लगाए रखना

होना ना उदास,न ही उलझना

एक सॅंकल्प न व्यर्थ गँवाना

भरते रहना अपना खज़ाना.

शब्दो से हो जायो परे

हो खुशहाल जो चेहरा पढ़े

शुभ संकल्पों का हो व्यापार

करते रहो उत्तम् व्यव्हार.

लेने का न कभी आए सॅंकल्प

खोजो सदा नये विकल्प

जो भी दोगे पाओगे वहीअपने आप.

मिटेंगे सारे दुख संताप.

The moment we are stuck up ,we  start exploring the various alternatives  that can be used to get at the desired level of accomplishment  and the whole new world unfolds itself  to choose from which would have remained a mystery otherwise.

So the obstacles should not deter us from moving forward.We should not start complaining ,instead start exploring and find  new openings for self  and others to follow.This will take all the stress out that we normally tend to generate in such situations.

Frequently asked and debated question today is whether girls and boys should study in same institutions or should have separate schools and colleges for educational  purposes.Years at school and college are formative years for children and prepare them to mingle in a better way in the social set up.However looking at the current social scenario at times it is felt that perhaps separate institution will prevent the very frequent assaults on the so called weaker sex.I feel its like closing your eyes to something unpleasent hoping that if you refuse to see it may be it will not happen.After all the society can function properly only when both the sexes learn to leave togather ammicably ,giving  respect and space  to each other,which can not be acheived by forcibly separating them.

So it is very necessary that let children study in coeducational set up right from day one of schooling.This way they don’t treat each others as aliens as in some of our social groups they are made out to be.They develop better understanding for each other and have mutual respect for the other sex.After all both are important components of our social system and have a right to self respect and equal opportunity.

Values of cooperation and care have been replaced by competition and aggression.It is not yet too late.If we want this world to go on smoothly it is urgently required that we learn to move together with hand in hand.Feelings of love and cooperation will make life a beautiful experience.Wherever there is love and cooperation ,the things move smoothly and one does not even feel the burden of making efforts.After all we are the children of one God father who loves us all unconditionally and does so forever.What is missing is our faith in Him and his Love Power.

Lets join hands in making this world a beautiful place to live in.Lets not be a mute spectators to the evil practices ,standup and raise our voices to change the world around us.

We in India are very lucky to have full freedom, be it of speech, movement or in fact any thing. We are free to take our bikes right in the middle of the road –suddenly making our appearance from no where and are free to fall at the slightest touch and then roll on the road for the injury caused or not caused. How very pleasant it is to embarrass the other person whether it was his fault or not. To add to the drama the audience is very quick to appear and pass all sort of soothing /aggressive remarks to further create a full drama. Really how fortunate we are.How long shall we continue to enjoy are freedom at the cost of hampering other’s?
